Hybrid Sales Representative – Must be a recent college graduate within the last 2 years.

Hours:

~40 hours per week

Base Salary: $50,000 annually ($961.54 weekly)

Pay Cycle:
Weekly (Friday Pay)

PRIMARY ROLE – Electrical Trader (20hrs/week)

Electrical Trader is an online marketplace where electrical contractors, distributors, and resellers list, buy, and sell surplus electrical equipment.

Primary Responsibilities – Electrical Trader
  • Sell subscriptions for both pricing tiers.
  • Manage inbound leads generated by marketing.
  • Prospect outbound to regional suppliers and distributors.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Hub Spot).
  • Provide feedback on trends, pricing, and customer needs.
Comp Plan – (Adjusted OTE Expectations)

Commission Structure (unchanged):

  • Expected monthly deals: 8–12 total (mixed tiers)
  • Expected monthly commission: $500–$800
  • Expected annual ET income: $6,000–$10,000
  • Residuals build slowly but meaningfully over time:

Expected monthly residual by month 12: $150–$300

Accelerators (optional upside):

  • 20 new paid accounts = +$500
  • 35 new paid accounts = +$1,000
  • 60%+ at $499 tier = +$500
Secondary Responsibilities – Dealer Backstock
  • Outbound prospecting to RV dealers nationwide.
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and subscription sign-ups.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and follow-up cadence.
  • Assist with dealer onboarding and retention efforts.
Comp Plan – (Adjusted OTE Expectations)

Commission Structure (unchanged):

  • $100 per new subscription
  • 100% claw-back if cancelled within 60 days
  • Expected monthly deals: 10–12 per month
  • Expected monthly commission: $1,000–$1,200
  • Expected annual DB income: $12,000–$15,000
  • Expected additional annual retention bonuses: $3,000–$5,000

Accelerators (optional upside):

  • Quarterly bonus of $2,500 if 75 subs/quarter hit.
  • Expected hit rate at 20 hrs/week:
    Occasional, not frequent.
Updated Total Earnings (OTE ≈ $85K)
  • Base Salary $50,000
  • Electrical Trader Commissions $6,000–$10,000
  • Electrical Trader Residuals $2,000–$3,000
  • Dealer Backstock Commissions $12,000–$15,000
  • Dealer Backstock Retention Bonuses $3,000–$5,000
