In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds our client projects together—managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring that every detail aligns for a successful tradeshow experience. You’ll work directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams, making an immediate impact and gaining industry experience fast.

What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary support for client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination of tradeshow logistics and deliverables
- Communicate regularly with clients to manage schedules, expectations, and project updates
- Liaise with vendors, shipping partners, and internal departments to keep everything on track
- Track budgets, timelines, and inventory for client exhibit assets
- Assist with preparing show service forms, booth documentation, and post‑show reports
- Provide outstanding service that keeps clients coming back year after year
The Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in client services, project coordination, or event/tradeshow support
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communicator—both written and verbal
- Strong multitasker who can thrive under deadlines and shifting priorities
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable with project management tools, including Excel spreadsheets
- Eager to learn the tradeshow industry and grow into a more strategic client‑facing role
