System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking for individuals to join our award‑winning team. As an integral part of System Pavers your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life.

You’ll connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on their lifestyle needs. This is not a hard sales position; you will be connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify customers interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space.

Base hourly pay is $22/hour, our average Field Marketing Associate makes $60,000 a year including commission pay based on meeting or exceeding targets.

Candidate must be able to work weekends.

• Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport
• Canvassing neighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and vision
• Attending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners
• Maintain a customer‑centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction
• Efficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary software

• Average FMA makes $60,000/year
• Hourly pay rate of $22/hour
• Commission per job sold: $250 for $25k

• Be 18 years or older with a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Be able to be on your feet throughout most of the day
