Area Sales Manager

Revel Media Group is excited to welcome a driven and results‑oriented Area Sales Manager to our growing team. This role is critical to accelerating revenue growth, expanding market presence and building long‑term client partnerships across multiple industries. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who thrives on achieving ambitious goals, identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer value. Success in this role requires initiative, strategic thinking, strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to execute with excellence in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients across multiple industries.
  • Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage a well‑organised and accurate sales pipeline to support forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Execute strategic outreach and targeted sales initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with project management and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Travel regularly to client sites and Revel offices to support sales activities and relationship development.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records and sales documentation.
  • Provide market insights and field feedback to inform sales strategies and leadership decisions.
  • Participate in team meetings, sales planning sessions and company initiatives.
  • Support special projects and contribute to broader organisational goals as needed.
Skill Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence and engage decision‑makers.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Sound business judgement and the ability to align client needs with company solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools such as Hub Spot and Net Suite
    .
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented mindset with adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
