• Salary Range
  : $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.

• Manage a mix of mid-to-large market group accounts, including full/level and self-funded accounts.
• Collaborate with producers on renewals, open enrollments, and benefit implementations.
• Attend client meetings to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of less experienced colleagues.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
• Utilize software tools such as Employee Navigator and EPIC to manage accounts and workflows.

• Education & Licenses
  :
  Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 3 years in employee benefits; 5+ years preferred.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficiency in Employee Navigator and EPIC software is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills
