Overview
The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment. The role involves responding to leads promptly, answering questions, providing information, and transitioning customers from online or phone contact to an in-store experience while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
Responsibilities- Lead the full sales cycle for e‑commerce vehicle purchases.
- Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide vehicle information.
- Guide customers from online or phone contact to a store visit.
- Negotiate terms and close the deal.
- Follow up post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and facilitate service referrals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
- Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to follow up with customers.
- Experience and desire to work with technology.
- Valid in‑state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
$2,858 - $8,700 Monthly
