Account Executive, Tempe, Arizona What You'll Do
- Prospect and win new business through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
- Build lasting relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
- Identify hiring needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions
- Cross-sell our AI sales coaching platform
- Manage your sales pipeline and client activity in Hub Spot
- Partner with recruiters in our half-desk model, allowing you to focus on building client relationships while recruiters manage candidate sourcing and placements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals
- Excitement for cold outreach and prospecting
- Sales, recruiting, or business development experience is a plus
- Hub Spot experience is a plus
- $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
- Two uncapped commission opportunities-earn on recruiting services and AI sales coaching platform sales
- Half-desk sales model so you can spend more time closing business and growing accounts
