Bouncer-Security

We're looking for a part-time Bouncer to be the first and last impression for our guests. This role is essential to helping us maintain a chill, welcoming vibe while ensuring the safety of everyone inside. If you’re cool under pressure, confident with conflict resolution, and know how to read a room, this could be the perfect fit.

This isn’t a “stand around with your arms crossed” kind of role—our ideal candidate is engaged, personable, and ready to be a visible, supportive part of the team. You’ll be working closely with our managers and bar staff to handle everything from s to helping with crowd flow and maintaining a secure environment.

• Check IDs and manage guest entry at the door
• Maintain a watchful presence inside the bar and on the patio
• Enforce house policies, including re-entry, intoxication, and conduct guidelines
• Address disruptive behavior or potential safety concerns with discretion and professionalism
• De-escalate conflicts using verbal techniques and good judgment
• Support bartenders and floor staff by monitoring guest behavior and stepping in when needed
• Communicate with management about incidents and observations
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around entryways and outdoor areas

• 2+ years bar or nightlife security experience required
• Strong communication skills – You can speak clearly, respectfully, and with authority
• Level-headed and calm under pressure – You de-escalate before things escalate
