As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, support a secure environment, and deliver outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with staff and visitors.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the financial institution to help to deter unauthorized access.

+ Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site protocols.

+ Assist employees, visitors, and/or clients with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

+ Work closely with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address concerns and support a secure environment.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
