Security Guards-Sporting Events

Security Guard (Unarmed) - Sporting, Festival Events in Phoenix, AZ - $17 / hr.

We’re seeking motivated individuals who are interested in or experienced with unarmed and/or overnight security to join our team for a variety of upcoming sporting events, festivals, concerts, and more!

• Monitor for irregularities such as security breaches, safety hazards, or emergencies; promptly contact emergency responders as needed.
• Stay alert for unauthorized persons or suspicious activity; engage appropriately or notify law enforcement as required.
• Conduct patrols—on foot or by vehicle—to ensure the safety and security of personnel, facilities, and equipment.
• Inspect doors, windows, and gates to maintain site security; lock/unlock buildings and monitor closed areas for unauthorized access.
• Prepare detailed, accurate incident and activity reports.
• Provide escorts for staff or guests when necessary.
• Enforce rules and regulations, addressing infractions such as loitering or carrying prohibited items.

• Current Arizona Guard Card (required)
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• No felonies or misdemeanors within the past 5 years
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physically capable of walking and climbing stairs for extended periods.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Understand and apply company and client‑specific policies with sound judgment.
• Maintain accurate records and respond effectively in emergencies.
• Must be comfortable working solo during overnight shifts.
