Integrity Construction of Arizona LLC is seeking a dependable and hard-working ICF Installer / Carpenter to join our field construction team. This is a hands‑on position ideal for individuals experienced in carpentry and/or insulated concrete form (ICF) installation who enjoy working on active job sites and contributing to high‑quality builds. The right candidate is safety‑minded, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in physical, skilled work.

Perform hands‑on construction and carpentry work on active job sites.

Install ICF wall systems and assist with other general building tasks.

Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Follow project plans and instructions accurately while adhering to company safety policies.

Assist with site prep, material handling, and cleanup duties.

Collaborate with the crew to complete tasks on schedule and to specification.

Maintain professionalism while interacting on job sites and with clients.

Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors.

Adapt to changing site needs and perform varied duties as assigned.

Contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

3+ years of experience in ICF installation, concrete formwork, or carpentry preferred.

Strong familiarity with construction tools, techniques, and safety practices.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and structural drawings.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required.
