• Conduct repairs and maintenance on roofing and exterior structures
• Collaborate with team members to assess project needs and timelines
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Utilize various carpentry tools and equipment effectively
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions

• Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in repair and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of carpentry experience; OR
• Completion of vocational or apprenticeship program in carpentry/building trades; OR
• Three years of experience in carpentry under the supervision of a skilled carpenter; OR
• A satisfactory combination of experience required.

• Prolonged periods standing, bending, stooping, and reaching
• Full range of physical motion to properly operate manual and electric power tools
• Balance necessary to traverse and work on scaffolding and roofs
• Work in various environments and weather with exposure to dust, fumes, and chemicals in indoor and outdoor construction
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds
