Fire Service Technician

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with multiple low voltage systems.
• Install electrified door hardware, including door strikes, mag locks, hinges, and crash bars.
• Install, cable and program CCTV systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on all systems.
• Monitor inventory of service parts.
• Exhibit strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new products and drive to be a successful part of the team.

• High School Diploma.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Experience performing annual tests and inspections for fire alarm systems.
• NICET 2 or CSA FA2 required.
• Experience installing, servicing, and programming at least four of the following product lines:
  Honeywell, DMP, Bosch, Resideo, Lenel, AMAG, Panasonic, Milestone, Avigilon, Hanwha, Exacq, , Door King, Chamberlain, HID, Notifier, Aiphone, Assa Abloy, Allegion, among others.
