At Prince Telecom, LLC, the Technician Fiber Installation will set up and maintain fiber optic networks that connect people. This role ensures smooth operation, troubleshoots issues, and maintains connectivity without interruptions.

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot fiber optic internet and telephone based on guidelines
• Install, set up, and configure all equipment
• Identify and attempt to remedy sources of customer‑perceived issues
• Review all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement
• Educate the customer regarding product and service usage
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on‑call/after hours responsibilities as needed
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Valid State driver’s license (cannot be Provisional) with an acceptable driving record

• Routine: work at heights, in confined spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, work with arms above shoulder level, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasional: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
