As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Resurfacing Technician to join our team.

We are looking for a talented Resurfacing Technician to perform surface refinishing services for residential and commercial clients. The Resurfacing Technician will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and completing refinishing projects to restore the appearance of bathtubs, tiles, countertops, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering superior results.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing imperfections as needed
• Apply coatings and finishes to bathtubs, tiles, countertops, cabinets and other surfaces using specialized equipment and techniques
• Ensure proper ventilation and safety precautions are in place during refinishing projects
• Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their refinishing needs and preferences
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

• Previous experience in surface refinishing or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and guidelines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
