We are currently hiring experienced plumbers with at least 2 years of residential service plumbing experience, specifically in diagnostics and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has experience with water heater replacement and repair, fixture replacement (including faucets, tubs, showers, and toilets), drain cleaning, and competent use of sewer machines and plumbing tools, while providing exceptional customer service. This position will also serve as a mentor to Plumbing Apprentices.

It is a full-time, commission-based role.

What Will I Do?

• Diagnose and perform plumbing services efficiently and accurately, including emergency repairs
• Leverage residential service experience and troubleshooting skills
• Replace and repair water heaters
• Replace fixtures such as faucets, tubs, and toilets
• Perform drain cleaning
• Use sewer machines competently

What Do I Need?

• At least 2 years of residential service and repair experience, including diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing systems
• Leak detection and repair skills are a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Results-driven and energetic
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
