Job Description:
As a Journeyman Electrician at IPS, you’ll work closely with the site foreman to execute top-quality installations that meet current electrical codes. We’re looking for someone who works quickly and efficiently while maintaining safety standards 100% of the time. The ideal candidate is growth-oriented, can read blueprints, and is skilled in terminating service sections, distribution centers, panel boards, transformers, and disconnecting motor controls.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the electrical trade.
• Proficient in installing PVC, RIGID, FLEX, GRC.
• Capable of making multiple circuits with multiple ground conductors.
• Skilled in termination.
• Experience working with two apprentices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficient with hydraulic benders.
• Must be able to bend lift twist up to 80 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to work on your feet for 8 to 12 hours a day safely.
