Installation​/Service Technician

An Outdoor Lighting Perspectives Installation/Service Technician will be responsible for installation of low voltage outdoor lighting systems generally in residential settings.

• Assembling lights and mounting them in prescribed locations
• Speaking with the customer to upsell other products
• Provide customer with system orientation as applicable
• Proper care and operation of company vehicles
• Ensuring there are proper inventory levels
• Running and burying low voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns
• Mounting transformers and connecting wire runs
• Clean up of all areas affected by the installation
• Providing direction and/or assistance to other installers when applicable
• Speaking with clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services available

• Has a driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years)
• Makes a good first impression by being well‑groomed, articulate, personable, and comfortable with meeting new people
• Enjoys interacting with customers with respect and integrity
• Above‑average technical ability
• Attention to detail and respect for our customer's property
• Systematic in their approach
• Strong sense of pride and integrity in work product

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ideal candidate should have varied computer experience.

Compensation: $25,000 - $35,000 per year
