As the HVAC Service Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the service division, steering daily operations while plotting the long-term path to higher efficiency and unbeatable customer satisfaction. You’ll mentor a crew of technicians, fine-tune workflows, jump in on tricky technical calls, and serve as the face of the company when key clients need answers fast. From scheduling and P&L oversight to talent development and safety compliance, you’ll turn challenges into smooth-running systems that keep customers loyal and teams motivated.

• Direct daily service operations, ensuring jobs hit quality, safety, and schedule targets.
• Coach, mentor, and upskill technicians through structured training and on-the-job guidance.
• Strengthen client relationships by resolving issues quickly and delivering proactive solutions.
• Analyze department metrics to drive productivity, margin, and customer-satisfaction improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, projects, and dispatch to optimize resource allocation and close feedback loops.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards while championing a culture of continuous improvement.

• 10+ years in commercial HVAC with 4+ years leading a field or service team.
• Deep knowledge of packaged rooftops, chillers, controls, and advanced troubleshooting methods.
• Proven track record of elevating customer satisfaction and handling escalations professionally.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, able to read P&Ls, set KPIs, and manage budgets.
• Excellent communicator who motivates teams and navigates cross-department collaboration with ease.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and ongoing professional development.
