• Oversee electrical construction projects and execute project schedules and plans.
• Lead field operations while maintaining a strong Field First culture.
• Plan and track labor to support productivity and project goals.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily field activities.
• Provide technical interpretation and support to field teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to support proper installation.
• Ensure all work meets IPS quality standards and project requirements.
• Ensure all employees and subcontractors follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, customers, and other project partners.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and needs with Project Managers and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, installation methods, and project execution.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, employees, subcontractors, and project partners.
• Support training and development of field employees.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Eliminate waste and improve work processes wherever possible.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction practices and field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, manpower planning, and productivity.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with General Contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, customers, and internal teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve field issues in a timely manner.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently while leading and supporting field teams.

• Industrial electrical construction experience.
• Experience with water and wastewater, manufacturing, food processing, or other industrial projects.
• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent electrical trade experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience leading multiple electrical crews.
• Experience working with project schedules, labor tracking, and productivity planning.

• Ability to work extended hours as required by project needs.
