Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Installer

Pay: $30–$37/hr DOE

We are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Installers to join our team in the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal experience and be experienced with the installation of ductwork and HVAC systems on commercial construction projects.

• Install commercial HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems
• Install, assemble, and seal ductwork according to plans and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, HVAC plans, and shop drawings
• Install duct fittings, transitions, dampers, louvers, and related components
• Measure, fabricate, and modify sheet metal as needed
• Work with HVAC equipment and associated duct systems
• Coordinate with HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and other trades
• Maintain quality and production standards on commercial jobsites
• Follow all jobsite safety requirements and procedures

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience required
• Strong knowledge of commercial ductwork installation
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC blueprints and drawings
• Experience with commercial construction projects
• Ability to measure, lay out, and install sheet metal accurately
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass required background and drug screening
