Construction Manager/ Foreman, Installation Technician
IES Communications is seeking a Crew Lead for Structured Cabling to oversee on‑site voice and data installation projects. This hands‑on leadership role combines technical expertise, crew supervision, and customer coordination to deliver projects safely and efficiently to quality standards.
You will lead and train installation crews, ensure schedules and budgets are met, conduct safety meetings, and prepare required paperwork. Strong fibre termination and blueprint reading skills are essential.
