** You Receive:*** $150,000 to $160,000 + production

** Responsibilities:
*** Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
* Provide individual and group therapy.
* Prescribe and manage medications, monitoring effectiveness and side effects.
* Develop individualized care plans with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
* Provide patient education and mental health counseling.
* Maintain accurate patient records and EHR documentation.
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
* Stay current with mental health best practices and emerging trends.
* Provide confidential, high-quality telehealth services as needed.
* Comply with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.## Qualifications
* Active, unrestricted Arizona license required
* Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with a Psychiatric-Mental Health focus.
* Board certification required.
* Outpatient mental health experience preferred.
* Strong clinical knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with EHR systems, preferably Valant.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Dependable, punctual, and professional.
* Full-time schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, plus one week per month of overnight call from home.
