As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be working across the entire application stack, collaborating extensively to design, build, and test functionality in our award‑winning, cloud‑based system. As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll architect and build agentic workflows that redefine how professional services firms operate. Using cutting‑edge protocols like the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent‑to‑Agent (A2A) collaboration, you’ll design AI systems that don’t just assist—they act, orchestrating workflows across tools, data, and teams.

You’ll collaborate with a world‑class engineering team to push beyond traditional SaaS, embedding autonomy, reasoning, and intelligence into the very fabric of Big Time’s platform.

• Architect MCP‑based frameworks that enable LLMs to connect seamlessly with Big Time and third‑party ecosystems (Salesforce, Quick Books, Jira, Hubspot, Intacct, and beyond).
• Design and implement agentic control planes for governance, security, and auditability—ensuring safe, explainable autonomy.
• Orchestrate multi‑agent workflows using A2A patterns, allowing agents to plan, delegate, and adapt across dynamic environments.
• Benchmark agent performance with emerging standards (e.g., LiveMCP‑101) to validate orchestration and execution.
• Enhance resilience and scalability by building fault‑tolerant, observable, and distributed AI‑driven services.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, data science, and platform teams to transform how professional services operate.
• Continuously explore bleeding‑edge AI methods and bring fresh ideas into production.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with strong foundations in distributed systems, SaaS architectures, and modern stacks (React, C# .NET, SQL Server, Mongo
  
  DB, Redis, AWS/Azure).
• Proven experience with LLM‑based systems and agentic AI workflows; hands‑on familiarity with MCP, A2A, or related protocols is a huge plus.
• Comfortable moving between monolithic and distributed systems; experience migrating legacy platforms into microservices/service‑based architectures.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills in complex environments.
• Passionate about building AI systems that are secure, auditable, and production‑ready.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator—able to align technical design with business impact.
