Head Coach at BODY
20 is an energetic, dynamic "Player/Coach" position that leads from the front, working simultaneously with management/ownership to achieve Studio Goals in revenue and paying members.
This is a supervisor role This person will be the Member Experience Specialist in the back of the house and will hold the coaching team accountable to being a high-performing, member experience team. This is a non-exempt hourly position great for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

You will be a key player, contributing to the success of a fast-paced EMS (Electro-Muscle Stimulation) fitness training studio by selling a best-in-class experience while building relationships with BODY
20 members and potential members. You will be an integral part of the growth of the enterprise on the ground floor as we build out the network within Arizona and support the national brand gain traction.

Primary Responsibilities
  • This job will be partly coaching members/demos and partly manager responsibilities such as reporting, follow up calls to member/demos and more
  • Recruit and maintain a sufficient amount of fitness coaches to service each member and guest that completes a BODY
    20 session or demo
  • Establish monthly goals in sessions, demos and demo conversion for all Fitness Coaches
  • Monthly evaluation of Fitness Coach in sessions, demos serviced and demo conversion
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone for daily calls to prospects, demos and current members. Must not be afraid speak to people
  • Required to ask current members for referrals and hold the coaching team accountable to asking for referrals. Goals per week must be met
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings
  • Onboard and Train all new Fitness Coaches
  • Administer InBody evaluations and BODY
    20 sessions
  • Maintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs and products
  • Instruct and demonstrate to members the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weight up to 50 pounds
  • Adjust and operate all EMS and Fitness Equipment to BODY
    20 standards
  • Find creative ways to enhance the member experience
Qualifications
  • Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred)
  • CPR/AED certification (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)
  • Membership sales (or similar) sales experience with proven success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess honesty and personal integrity
  • Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
  • Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills
  • Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Willing and able to work afternoons/evenings and Saturday (preferably closing shift with flexibility if needed)
  • Ability to take 1-2 BODY
    20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
Essential

Physical Requirements

Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching. As well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs. at a time

Job Types: 30-40 hours per week depending on scheduling of members. Potential to turn into a consistent full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Salary: $20.00/Hour Plus Commission for every demo you coach that becomes a member. Bonuses will be offered based on needs of the studio (such as member retention and more) and exceeding quota.
