Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their operations team supporting manufacturing. If you have experience as a Shipping Clerk
, scheduling freight pickups, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you!

• Act as a hands‑on Shipping Clerk coordinating daily carrier notifications and pickup requests for completed shipments
• Execute manifesting and invoicing of completed sales orders according to scheduled times
• Provide ongoing work direction and problem‑solving to meet business goals under company policies
• Drive accountability and process discipline while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of related experience or training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Quick Books
• Strong knowledge of logistics standards and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prepare shipping documents (picklists, packing lists, bills of lading, labels, customs documents)
• Skilled in coordinating order changes, expediting requests, and providing accurate shipment information
• Experience scheduling carrier pickups and providing freight estimates
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external carriers
• Willingness to assist other warehouse functions during peak periods
