Move, stack, and load overhead garage doors, hardware, and related products for shipment
Use forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, racking, and hands-on loading techniques
Ensure all products are correct, secure, and damage-free before shipment
Follow safe lifting, loading, and operating procedures
Keep the dock and warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
Work as part of a team to meet daily shipping deadlines
Perfect for dependable, hard-working team players who enjoy physical work.
Pull and push product carts from the warehouse floor to the dock
Hand-load verified doors and products into trailers and trucks
Lift, stack, and pack doors, track, hardware, and openers
Secure loads using foam, load bars, or poles
Read and understand letters and numbers to verify product
Learn proper loading techniques and safety standards
For experienced associates ready to take on more responsibility.
Spot and position trailers scheduled for daily loading
Direct team members on staging and loading by route
Understand load size, quantity, and trailer capacity
Ensure loads are properly secured and balanced
Operate forklifts (certification required)
Support quality, safety, and dock organization
A leadership role for strong communicators and problem solvers.
Verify product using load lists and scanners
Lead teams through correct route-based loading sequences
Close shipments and create shipping documentation in ERP systems
Communicate with customer service, procurement, office teams, and management
Identify and report quality, safety, or loading issues
Model best-in-class shipping and safety practices
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Certifications
Forklift Certification required for Levels II & III
Preferred for Level I

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, squat, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
Regular lifting and maneuvering of up to 50 lbs
, including overheadFrequent use of hands and arms to handle materials
Vision abilities including close, distance, and focus adjustment
Warehouse and dock setting with moving mechanical parts
Moderate noise levels
Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
Clear advancement path from Loader → Spotter → Team Lead
Safety-first culture with strong teamwork
Physically active work—no desk required
