What You Will Be Doing
As an Order Selector, you will be responsible for accurately picking and assembling orders while maintaining efficiency and safety standards in a refrigerated warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and palletize dairy products based on customer orders using voice-pick or other warehouse systems.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Ensure accuracy in order selection, minimizing errors and mis-picks.
• Wrap, label, and stage pallets for shipping according to facility guidelines.
• Work in a cold environment to maintain product integrity and freshness.
• Adhere to all food safety and warehouse safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counting as needed.
• Meet production and efficiency targets while ensuring quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous warehouse, order selecting, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (cold temperatures).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills to ensure accurate order selection.
