Responsibilities- Supervises all Housekeeping Aides and Laundry Aides
- Develop and assure adherence to a cleaning schedule that addresses all areas of the facility
- Assure cleaning products, equipment and procedures are in compliance with all applicable regulations
- Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets on all cleaning products
- Complies with all safety instructions and procedures when using chemical substances
- Develop and oversee staffing and supply budgets
- Prepare and submit reports as requested
- Assure housekeeping staff participation in relevant in-service training sessions
- Attend and participate in facility meetings, including those relating to Infection Control/Safety/Quality Improvement, as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum or two (2) years housekeeping experience in an institutional environment
