Job DescriptionThe pay range for this position is between $18.00 and $40.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials.
As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guest vehicles. You will participate in a comprehensive training program from day one, preparing you for career growth. Your role is vital in delivering 5-star guest experiences, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications
- Obtain guest approval for work based on diagnosis; maintain a clean work environment
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance
- Test drive vehicles and safely use shop equipment for inventory pickup
- Collaborate with team members and provide leadership to General Service Technicians
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of automotive technician experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Own basic automotive tools or participate in our tool purchase program
- Ability to work overhead, stand long hours, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Guest and team-focused mindset
- Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license if applicable
Preferred Qualifications
- ASE certification in at least one area (A1-A8)
- Technical school certificate or degree in automotive technology
