Role Responsibilities- Lead the experience:
Check in with guests and ensure they are enjoying themselves. - Handle guest concerns and provide resolution to their satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
- Offer insights into promotions and benefits of using the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features.
- A humble and hospitable demeanor.
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members).
- A desire to learn and grow.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
