We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Branch Performance Manager to oversee daily operations at our moving branch. This role combines leadership, operational management, customer conflict resolution, training, and equipment oversight to ensure the branch runs smoothly, profitably, and with the highest level of service quality. The Branch Performance Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating fleet maintenance, and upholding company standards in customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Conflict Resolution
Act as the escalation point for customer concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Coach team members on communication and problem-solving best practices.
Operations Management
Oversee daily branch operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and workflow efficiency.
Monitor branch performance metrics and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Training & Staff Development
Train, mentor, and supervise moving crews and support staff.
Conduct ongoing training sessions on operational efficiency, safety, and customer service.
Provide performance feedback and assist in career growth opportunities.
Inventory & Asset Management
Track and manage branch inventory, moving equipment, and supplies.
Ensure trucks are serviced, inspected, and maintained in excellent working condition.
Coordinate fleet maintenance schedules and repairs with service providers.
Branch Leadership

Assist in hiring, onboarding, and retention of quality team members.
Work closely with company leadership to set and achieve branch performance goals.
Requirements QualificationsProven experience in operations management, logistics, or moving industry preferred.
Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and training staff.
Excellent conflict resolution and customer service skills.
Knowledge of fleet/truck maintenance and inventory control.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient with scheduling, reporting, and basic office software.
Valid driver’s license with no suspensions or infractions.
