Customer Service Associate - Temporary s role offers base pay range of $15.00/hr - $17.50/hr the actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service; recommends items and trade-up or companion items when appropriate.
• Handles purchases, cash handling, returns, exchanges, rain checks, and voids as needed; keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; checks in and prices merchandise as directed.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Constructs and maintains displays; completes resets and revisions as directed.
• Assists with product placement, stock rotation (FOI - first in, first out), and restock as needed.
• Assists with photo area services (digital passport photos, poster printing, promotional photo products) and web pick-up responsibilities (monitors orders and delivers items to customers).
• Maintains store cleanliness and appearance; follows company policies and maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Completes special assignments as needed.

• Attends training and completes PPLs as requested by Manager or corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
