Essential Functions
- Organize, implement and maintain scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plans.
- Log all information into database and provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes.
- Interact with customer and project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments.
- Interact with project team to define scope of work; develop and update detailed schedules; cost information and identification of variances from original plan.
- Generate forecasts, variance reports and other documentation to evaluate project schedule progress and performance; identify developing problem areas.
- Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and make recommendations.
- Research and report on factors that may impact project success.
- Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve efficiency of processes.
- Understand and utilize standard planning and scheduling processes and tools.
- Prepare plans and schedules for small and routine projects.
- General office skills to include telephones, typing, and filing

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, and copiers.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime may be required as needed if teams are out on a project in the field.
TravelNo travel is expected for this position.
RequiredEducation and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 2 Years of related experience required.
Must be able to work for any employer in the US.

- HS diploma/GED required.
- A degree in a business related field preferred.
- 1-2 years' experience in scheduling and planning in a manufacturing environment required.
- Basic MS Office applications, with emphasis on spreadsheet analysis required.
- Scheduling software experience preferred.
- ERP systems (Syspro, SAP, etc.) experience required.
- Proven track record in safety excellence is required.
- Adheres to all safety and environmental compliance regulations set by the organization. Notify management immediately of any safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or injuries.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders. (Expand identify errors and correct)
- Process work orders in a timely fashion to meet corporate and customer deadlines.
- Possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, cooperative attitude, strong attention to detail and can work in a team environment.

- Complete company compliance and safety training when required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
- Physical requirements for this role include, but are not limited to the following:
- Sitting in a normal seated position for extended periods of time while operating a computer with occasional light lifting.
- Regular visits to the production facility and engaging with operations team.
