We are seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to join our auto service center in Belton, TX. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles while providing outstanding customer service.

• Diagnose technical issues and perform brake repairs, fluid exchanges, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Use mechanical aptitude and rapid learning to adapt to changing automotive technology.
• Document all work on the repair order and report safety issues to management.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior technicians.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Support teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care.

Stores may operate 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship required).
• Commitment to learning new automotive technologies.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Background in electrical, air conditioning, and fuel ignition systems.
