The Senior Procurement Manager will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost optimization across major commodity categories for the R&R business unit. This role requires strong leadership, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute procurement strategy for all major commodity categories.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings through vendor consolidation or standardization.
- Develop data-driven models and dashboards to monitor supplier performance and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Drive compliance through ERP governance and catalog management.
- Oversee supplier contract management and ensure adherence to terms.
- Partner with Legal on contract terms and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve departmental goals.
- Support local site buyers with sourcing strategies and playbooks.
- Drive quarterly updates of the min/max inventory targets to support inventory efficiency and on-time delivery (Collaboration with Senior Inventory Manager
- Enterprise). - Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to ensure procurement strategy meets material and service requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and procurement governance.
- Proven experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, BI tools, or similar).
- Ability to independently gather and analyze data to support strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial supply chain environments.
- Familiarity with risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in procurement tools and analytics.
