• Assist with quantity take‑offs and trade‑specific estimating
• Support subcontractor outreach, bid package preparation, and bid tracking
• Help manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation logs
• Learn how to monitor budgets, change orders, and construction schedules
• Attend jobsite walks and team meetings to observe and assist in coordination
• Organize construction drawings, specs, and vendor submittals
• Provide administrative support to project managers
• Train on industry software and construction management workflows
• Embrace a team‑first, quality‑focused work environment

• Recent graduate in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Internship, trade school, or labor experience in construction a plus
• Demonstrated interest in commercial construction and project management
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communicator – both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace preferred
• Eagerness to learn and contribute; takes initiative
• Comfortable in both office and field settings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Full‑Time:
Monday to Friday

Occasional weekend work as needed to meet project deadlines

Office‑based in Temple, TX, with visits to active project jobsites across the region

Must be comfortable working in both office and field environments
