Key Responsibilities- Assist with quantity take‑offs and trade‑specific estimating
- Support subcontractor outreach, bid package preparation, and bid tracking
- Help manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation logs
- Learn how to monitor budgets, change orders, and construction schedules
- Attend jobsite walks and team meetings to observe and assist in coordination
- Organize construction drawings, specs, and vendor submittals
- Provide administrative support to project managers
- Train on industry software and construction management workflows
- Embrace a team‑first, quality‑focused work environment
- Recent graduate in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Internship, trade school, or labor experience in construction a plus
- Demonstrated interest in commercial construction and project management
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communicator – both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace preferred
- Eagerness to learn and contribute; takes initiative
- Comfortable in both office and field settings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Full‑Time:
Monday to Friday
