Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues, enforce safety compliance, and maintain site cleanliness.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
  • Provide guidance and support to on-site staff, subcontractors, and crews.
  • Monitor and track project costs, budgets, and expenses.
  • Communicate project updates, progress, and issues to project stakeholders.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permits.
  • Attend mandatory meetings, training sessions, and assignments as delegated.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Health care experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more consistently daily. You will be needed to climb stairs and ladders on the job daily.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
  • Familiarity with blueprints, technical specifications, and project documentation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience with construction management software; knowledge of reporting tools is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Solid knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures.

Schedule
