Job Title: Healthcare Member Services Representative

Responsibilities- Under general supervision, communicates to Members policies, procedures, and services to ensure complete knowledge of the Plan.
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from health plan members regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, and services.
- Must adhere to call handling goals of 80% of calls answered within 30 seconds.
- Document all member interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the case management.
