Don Ringler Automotive is looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator to manage incoming service calls, build customer relationships, and schedule appointments in the Service department.

• Receiving inbound service department phone calls and leads.
• Identifying the client’s needs and scheduling appointments.
• Placing outbound phone calls for potential service appointments.
• Ensuring all client concerns are addressed prior to the appointment date (cost, warranty, appointment duration, etc.).
• Contacting clients before the appointment date to confirm the appointment.
• Following up after the visit to ensure customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background.
• Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Bilingual preferred.

High school diploma or GED; or one to two years of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
