Service Advisor

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a positive customer experience from vehicle check-in through repair completion. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate repairs while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Greet customers and accurately document service concerns and repair requests
• Schedule service appointments and maintain shop workflow
• Prepare and explain repair estimates, recommended services, and costs
• Communicate with technicians regarding diagnosis, repair status, and completion timelines
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and obtain approval for additional services when needed
• Review completed work orders with customers and answer questions regarding repairs performed
• Process invoices and collect payments as needed
• Maintain accurate service records and customer information
• Promote maintenance programs and additional services that benefit the customer
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional service department

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, customer service representative, or related role preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership or shop management software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
