Engineering

We are currently seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Civil Engineer/Project Manager for our Temple, TX office. The position includes project management, client relations, outreach, design, and construction oversight for engineering projects in the area. The candidate will work as part of a design team or independently, handling tasks such as business development, client meetings, presentations, outreach, managing budgets and schedules, preparing technical reports, construction cost estimating, and developing contract documents and specifications.

The role also involves proposals and RFQ responses, staff management and mentoring, and driving business development in the region. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and profitability.

• Minimum 10 years of Civil Engineering experience in municipal/public works projects.
• Texas P.E. license required.
• Strong communication skills, self-starter attitude, and team collaboration ability.
• AutoCAD experience is a plus.

• Full-Time position based in Temple.
