All County Surveying, Inc. (ACS) is seeking a top performer for the role of Top-Level Survey CAD Technician in our Temple, Texas headquarters. This role involves working in a team environment with existing and new clients from all industry types who utilize our professional surveying services. Clients include municipalities, county governments, private land developers and builders, commercial construction contractors, as well as civil engineers and architects.
The ideal candidate must possess the following knowledge, experience, and qualities:
- Knowledge of robotic total stations, RTK GPS, conventional levels, topographic and boundary work
- Strong topography processing skills
- Strong construction layout preparation and checking skills
- Preparation of acreage or residential boundary surveys, from start to finish, including research, processing field data, analysis, and typing of metes and bounds
- Experience with Carlson AutoCAD, Trimble GPS, and robotic optical equipment is preferred
- Ability to personally and independently produce work is a must
- Leadership skills and capabilities desired
- Maintaining accurate project status
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player under all conditions

Experience:
An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, but previous workplace experience in a similar role will be strongly considered.
Verifiable references are required. Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have 2 to 5 years of experience in land surveying and CAD production.
Pay: $25 to $30 per hour – compensation varies depending on experience and education.
