Overview
Behavioral Therapist - (In-Home ABA Services) – Temple, Texas. Restore ABA & Speech Therapy is hiring for an in-home Behavioral Technician / RBT to join the in-home therapy team in Temple, Texas. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and Speech-Language services to children with autism and other developmental delays across home, school, and clinic settings throughout Texas.
Responsibilities- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in the child’s home environment.
- Collect and record accurate data on target behaviors and skill acquisition.
- Assist with generalization of skills across settings (home, community, school).
- Maintain professional and compassionate communication with families and supervisors.
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
- Ensure adherence to BACB ethical standards and Restore ABA clinical protocols.
- Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. - RBT training or certification.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Temple area for in-home sessions.
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
- Compassionate, patient, and eager to make a lasting impact.
- Sessions typically occur Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. with some weekends.

- Competitive hourly pay: $17–$20/hour, based on education and experience.
