- Performs a full range of laboratory testing and analysis
- Responsible for quality control, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance
- Supports blood bank and transfusion services
- Works collaboratively with lab staff and clinical teams
Requirements: MLS certification (ASCP or AMT) Minimum 1 year of recent lab experience Blood bank / transfusion experience required Familiarity with laboratory automation Strong knowledge of QC/QA and lab safety standards
