Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced and compassionate Ultrasound Technicians (Sonographers) to join our professional network. In this role, you will operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety, accuracy, and comfort. We offer flexible assignments in hospitals, imaging centers, and outpatient facilities, with competitive pay and comprehensive support.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Explain procedures and prepare patients to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to capture clear, accurate images.
- Analyze and record images for physician interpretation.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Maintain detailed records of patient exams and imaging results.
- Provide compassionate, professional care while addressing patient questions and concerns.
- Associate’s degree or certificate in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field from an accredited program.
- ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification preferred (or eligible).
- BLS/CPR certification.
- 1+ year of clinical experience as an Ultrasound Tech preferred (new grads may be considered).
- Strong knowledge of sonographic principles and safe imaging practices.
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
