Night Audit

Job Description: The Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our front desk team. This overnight position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a quiet, customer-focused environment. Join our welcoming team and help provide outstanding guest service—day and night!

• Greet and assist late-night guests with check-in/check-out procedures
• Perform nightly audit of daily transactions and prepare summary reports
• Ensure the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve billing issues
• Maintain the safety and security of the hotel during overnight hours
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies in a professional manner
• Prepare morning reports and communicate key information to incoming staff

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with hotel PMS systems a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
