HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
The Human Resources Generalist primary role is to oversee our full-cycle recruitment process. The HR Generalist responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, the HR Generalist should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. In addition, the Human Resources Generalist will have additional responsibilities, to include: conducting New Hire Orientation sessions, preparing new hire/general employee training packets and maintaining them in good supply, maintaining all personnel records and files, maintaining training and licensing records in the Learning Management System (i.e., Health Stream), processing changes in our HRIS system, assisting in organizing all employee activities and in-services, and other duties as assigned or directed.
This position reports to an HR Director. This position is not a remote position.

Education:
BBA Degree with Major in Human Resource Management is or related field is required as deemed appropriate by the CEO. Current PHR certification is highly preferred.
Experience:
Three (3) years of administrative Human Resources experience. Prefer one (1) year experience in human resources in a health care facility.
Additional Requirements:
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands‑on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), such as iCIMS
- Knowldge of UKG and Workday
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prefer candidates with good understanding of HR related Joint Commission Standards and be familiar with the Joint Commission Survey process.
- Good general computer knowledge, in Word and Excel, and ability to prepare HR reports.
