We're looking for a Purchasing Agent who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making an impact behind the scenes.

Your work directly influences the quality, cost, and success of every home we build. The decisions you make help keep projects moving, maintain our standards, and support a great experience for homeowners.

You'll work closely with vendors, suppliers, and trade partners, becoming a trusted resource and key player in our homebuilding process.

One day you may be negotiating pricing, another day conducting site walks, supporting construction teams, or researching new products and trade partners.

Location: In-Person - College Station or Temple, TX

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000

As a Purchasing Agent, you'll help ensure our teams have the materials, pricing, and partnerships needed to build exceptional homes.

• Strategic Purchasing
  Source and purchase materials while balancing quality, value, and efficiency.
• Vendor & Trade Partner Management
  Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and trade partners who align with our standards and expectations.
• Negotiation & Cost Management
  Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements while identifying opportunities to maximize value.
• Team Collaboration
  Partner with Pre-Construction, Estimating, and Construction teams to support material, labor, and product pricing needs.
• Quality & Continuous Improvement
  Conduct site visits, review product offerings, and help improve processes that support successful homebuilding operations.

Either:

• High School Diploma and 4+ years of purchasing, procurement, administrative, data entry, or related experience (construction/homebuilding preferred)

OR

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
