Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Team Leader to drive our sales team to achieve and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for coaching and developing team members. As the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting sales goals, developing strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews to motivate and improve individual and team performance.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Sales Forecasting: Analyze data to provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, communicating findings to senior management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.
- Performance Metrics: Utilize performance metrics to track success and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.
